  • ​A pattern causing a person to create an unhealthy dependence on a partner for validation; often results in low self-esteem, poor boundaries, obsessive behaviors, fear of abandonment, resentment, exaggerated fear/anxiety, loss of identity, and self-doubt.

  • Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long.

  • All sessions are individual therapy sessions, meaning only the therapist and the client are present.  If you want to bring someone with you to a session, this will need to be discussed and approved with the therapist prior to the session being scheduled.
