Brief phone consultation which allows therapist and potential client to discuss presenting issues for therapy, logistics such as insurance and scheduling needs, and answer any questions. If you wish to become a client, we’ll schedule the assessment at this time.
Initial Consult

This appointment officially opens your case with the practice. We’ll gather information regarding symptoms and issues bringing you to therapy, pertinent history, and decide your treatment goals. This appointment may be conducted via telehealth (video), but if you are using insurance, we’ll need to confirm whether or not your policy covers telehealth.
Assessment

All appointments after the assessment are therapy sessions. Sessions may be conducted in-person, via telehealth (video), or a combination of both. Frequency of sessions may change as you progress in therapy.
