I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field.  Using evidence-based treatment modalities, I provide individual therapy to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, traumatic events, and other life stressors.  I truly enjoy getting to know my clients.  I value providing them with a non-judgmental and inviting space to express themselves and leave their session feeling heard, while helping them gain valuable insight and tools to cope with life’s challenges.
