Background
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I founded my practice with a core belief in the power of a dedicated therapeutic relationship and wanted to ensure I could offer the personalized care and undivided attention each client deserves.
I provide therapy to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal stressors, grief and loss, traumatic events, and difficulty changing unhealthy patterns/behaviors. I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients, providing tailored support that honors their unique experiences and goals. My ultimate mission is to help clients gain clarity, promote the healing process, and achieve meaningful, lasting transformation in their lives.
I have primarily worked in outpatient settings, providing therapy to teens and adults. In addition, I’ve worked in residential, school-based, and substance abuse treatment programs. Over the years, clients have told me I am easy to talk to during sessions, and they do not feel judged. My experiences with numerous populations have allowed me to perfect my skills as a therapist, meeting clients where they’re at on their journey and providing assurance that with patience and persistence, they can meet their goals.
